\xc3\x98 Provide technical assistance with computer hardware, software or networking. \xc3\x98 Resolve issues for staff via phone, in person, or electronically \xc3\x98 Log bugs and enhancement requests \xc3\x98 Perform hardware and software installations, configurations and updates as needed \xc3\x98 Create and maintain tips and tricks solutions for online database and web site \xc3\x98 Provide introductory on-line & classroom training for company products \xc3\x98 Resolve technical issues in a timely manner using available resources within the company Job Type: Full-time Salary: Up to \xe2\x82\xb930,000.00 per month Schedule:
