Role Summary:
1. Expert in computational thinking with comprehensive knowledge of project workflows, having managed complex global projects involving both bespoke and high-rise structures.
2. Capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously and proficient in developing algorithms and scripts for ongoing tech initiatives, compatible with Rhino, Grasshopper, Revit, and Dynamo.
3. Collaborates effectively with architects, structural and MEP engineers, designers, and other AEC disciplines to grasp fundamental engineering concepts and design requirements. Translates design concepts and tasks into functional code/programming solutions.
4. Highly skilled in Rhino and Grasshopper scripting, as well as C# and Python, with coding experience in IDEs like Visual Basic.
5. Familiar with Revit and Dynamo.
6. Experienced with projects involving form finding and energy simulations, including tools like Ladybug.
7. Eager to learn and integrate emerging AEC technologies into ongoing projects.
Who are we looking for?
Qualification:

• Applicants should be Graduates in B. Arch with certificate/ diploma in Rhino/ Grasshoper/ scripting. The candidate must have delivered one or more tech transformation projects similar to those mentioned in the JD.

• Minimum 12+ years of relevant industry experience of concept to implementation for any sector with correlation to real estate
