Diploma / B.Sc. / B.Pharm (preferred).

We are hiring an experienced

Compression Operator

to join our production team. The candidate should have strong knowledge of compression operations in a pharmaceutical formulation plant, with expertise in cGMP compliance, documentation, and shop floor management.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle and store raw materials with proper identification. Control critical process parameters during production as per BMR instructions. Manage shop floor activities, allocate work and resources efficiently. Review executed Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR). Train technical assistants and trainees on cGMP, SOPs, and cleaning procedures. Ensure compliance with operating and cleaning procedures as per SOPs. Provide continuous training to operators to improve shop floor performance. Oversee serial/periodic cleaning and product changeover cleaning. Ability to manage production lines and train team members.
