About the Role

We are seeking a skilled professional with hands-on experience in

composite materials (GRP / CFRP)

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in manufacturing, processing, and quality control of composite components, and an educational background in

Diploma in Polymer Technology / Chemical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering

.

Key Responsibilities

Handle the

manufacturing and processing of GRP (Glass Reinforced Plastic) and CFRP (Carbon Fiber Reinforced Plastic)

components. Work with

lay-up, infusion, RTM, autoclave, and curing processes

as per product requirements. Assist in

tooling, mold preparation, lamination, and assembly

of composite parts. Conduct

quality checks, testing, and inspection

to ensure adherence to specifications and standards. Collaborate with design and production teams to optimize processes and materials. Maintain detailed documentation of production parameters, defects, and improvements. Ensure compliance with

safety, environmental, and material handling protocols

. Support in

R&D and prototyping activities

for new composite applications.

Key Skills Required

Strong knowledge of

composite materials (GRP / CFRP)

and their applications. Proficiency in

hand lay-up, vacuum infusion, prepreg, RTM, and curing processes

. Understanding of

resins, polymers, adhesives, and reinforcement materials

. Familiarity with

mechanical and chemical properties testing

of composites. Good problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot production issues. Knowledge of

quality standards (ASTM, ISO, ASME, or aerospace/automotive standards)

will be an added advantage. Basic knowledge of CAD/technical drawings preferred.

Educational Qualification

Diploma in Polymer Technology / Chemical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering

(or equivalent).

Desired Profile

Minimum

3 years of experience

in a composites manufacturing environment. Exposure to

automotive, aerospace, marine, or renewable energy (wind turbine blades, etc.)

industries preferred. Ability to work independently as well as part of a cross-functional team.
