Job Description


As a Compliance Specialist you will be responsible for - 1. Management of compliance issues Implement the Global and IO Business Ethics Compliance plan, policies and procedures as rolled out by HO as well as implement additional policies and procedures developed locally to address local law and pharma industry requirements Provide advice relating to Business Ethics processes and documentation 2. Implementation of Policies and Procedures Work with the Director for taking corrective actions to Business Ethics/Compliance issues Reviewing all documents thoroughly within the specified timelines and maintaining an index of all documents related to sponsorships, donations and events. Track and monitor payments relating to HCPs (Healthcare Partners), Sponsorships and Donations 3. Provide Business Ethics Training Providing training on the automated system for HCP interactions. Conduct face-to-face business ethics training for new employees/refresher trainings for old employees. Monitoring and follow-up with the employees on Business Ethics Tests and SOPs in ISOtrain system 4. Collaborate and work with other functions to support business and bring in simplicity & agility Collaborate with other functions by providing timely support in matters relating to BE (Business ethics) compliance issues Cascade any changes in the compliance processes and procedures to the teams within the zones
