Key Responsibilities (Compliance Service Industry):
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the compliance, statutory, and HR advisory domain.
Build, manage, and maintain a strong and qualified pipeline of clients seeking compliance solutions.
2. End-to-End Sales Ownership
Manage the complete sales cyclefrom prospecting and requirement gathering to solution pitching and closure.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and demonstrations related to compliance management services.
3. Target Achievement
Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for compliance and governance services.
Track, monitor, and report key sales metrics and performance updates to management.
4. Client Relationship Management
Maintain long-term relationships with clients across industries requiring compliance management.
Provide timely follow-ups, service coordination, and assistance for compliance-related queries.
5. Marketing & Sales Initiatives
Participate in industry-focused marketing campaigns, webinars, and sales initiatives related to statutory and labor law compliance.
Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance lead quality and improve client conversion.
6. Market Intelligence
Stay updated on industry trends, legal updates, statutory changes, and competitor offerings in the compliance space.
Share insights to support product positioning, service enhancements, and business strategy.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or related field (MBA preferred).
3 to 8 years of experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently with strong ownership of targets and outcomes.
Highly proactive, self-driven, and result-oriented professional.
