With the transformation comes new and emerging exposure risks to and compliance requirements with various laws and regulations in our global markets. We are looking for a curious, collaborative, and driven Compliance Program Analyst and Project Manager who can support a dynamic enterprise compliance team and partner with business stakeholders to help us build and maintain programming and policies, track activities, and make more informed decisions that inform the company's compliance posture and policies. The ideal candidate will be familiar with broad corporate compliance regulations and corporate programming, training management, data analysis, and reporting activities and have proven project management and organizational skills.
About The Role
In this opportunity as a Compliance Program Analyst and Project Manager, you will:
Provide project management and task oversight functions of global, enterprise-wide compliance-related projects, ensuring timely completion, resource optimization, and stakeholder satisfaction.
Perform complex data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and potential compliance issues within the organization; recommend efficient data and knowledge management solutions.
Manage, track and enforce enterprise-wide Compliance Certifications and training completion.
Produce recurring reports and metrics, dashboards, and other ad-hoc enterprise compliance status reports for internal stakeholders.
Support administrative tasks to include vendor invoice coordination, compliance report filing, and internal project file management.
Assist with the design and execution of risk assessments and gap analyses, proposing targeted solutions for identified compliance gaps.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate compliance requirements into business processes and technology solutions.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, risk registers, and status reports.
Support the development, delivery, and enforcement of policies and training programs, leveraging data-driven insights to improve effectiveness.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Program by identifying areas for enhancement and proposing innovative solutions.
Other Compliance Program work as necessary.
About You
You're a fit for this role if your background includes:
You hold a bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
You have a minimum of 7 years of experience in compliance, risk management, or a related field, preferably in the technology sector.
You are naturally curious, eager to learn and grow. You're comfortable with ambiguity and finding innovative solutions.
You enjoy collaboration and cross-functional exposure. You are keen to help others and to are driven to take things forward.
You have experience with compliance management software or GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) platforms such as EthicsPoint/Navex, PolicyTech/Navex, and OneTrust.
You have basic proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Power BI).
