Review of electronic communication and social media static and dynamic reviews and AML Alerts

Responsibilities

Conducting the monitoring of all the electronic communications such as email, IM, social media, Bloomberg chat, Hearsay Social (social media) profiles, as well as other methods that are added, such as voicemail transcripts for all the Columbia Threadneedle Investments employees.
Collaborating with the Registered Principal to review and escalate the potential compliance issues. Also, strategies new ways to enhance the current process, lexicons, and other aspects of the process.
Ad-Hoc Forensic - To mitigate the risk by focusing on keywords and risk topics based on recent Regulatory activities/obligations which allows to target sensitive information on a real time source and utilizing the review time more efficiently.
Understanding the regulators guideline and expectations by reading articles and regulatory notices; so that gaps within the process can be filled and improvements can be made in terms of lexicons and other enhancements.
Reviewing AML alerts and escalate the potential compliance issues.

Required Qualifications

Years of experience: 0 -3 years
Required Skill set: Strong communication, interpersonal and time management skills.
