Job Summary



The Compliance Officer will handle company compliances, MCA-related work, and legal document drafting to ensure all statutory requirements are met on time.

Key Responsibilities



Draft and proofread legal and corporate documents. Handle compliance work related to the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA). Ensure timely filing of statutory forms and returns. Maintain statutory records and compliance documents. Monitor and follow up on compliance deadlines. Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and authorities when required.

Qualification & Experience



Graduate in Law / Commerce or related field (LLB / CS preferred). 0-6 years of experience in compliance or legal documentation.

Skills Required



Basic knowledge of corporate compliance and MCA filings. Good drafting and proofreading skills. Attention to detail and accuracy. Basic knowledge of MS Office
