About the Role

We're seeking a

hands-on International Compliance Officer

who can immediately build, manage, and streamline our compliance and legal framework across the UK, US, UAE, and India.

This is a

probation-first role

-- you'll start executing from day one, not just consulting.
Your first 90 days will set the foundation for Crowbar's global expansion and ensure our products and promotions meet international standards.

. Ensure all raffles, contests, and "skill draws" meet legal standards across multiple regions. Review and align

payment, data, and user policies

with GDPR, DPDP, and UAE PDPL. Prepare compliance documents to support

UK work visa and dependent residency

processes. Maintain a

compliance dashboard

and submit monthly reports to management.

Required Experience

Minimum 2 years

in legal, compliance, or regulatory roles (corporate or digital).

Preferred:

3+ years with exposure to international compliance or fintech. Working knowledge of

GDPR / DPDP / promotional & gaming laws

highly valued. Strong English legal drafting, research, and documentation skills. Immediate availability preferred.

Probation Deliverables (within 3 months)

Fully compliant global

legal document suite

(T&Cs, Privacy, Refund, Contest). Execution of 3-4 promotional contests or raffles with proper documentation. Compliance memo for UK work visa and dependent pathways. Legal status note for UAE entity renewals and company documentation. Monthly compliance report for leadership.
