Compliance Officer Responsibilities include :

Involves ensuring that a company adheres to labor laws, ethical sourcing practices, and workplace safety regulations. This includes conducting audits, managing compliance reporting, and working with suppliers to uphold ethical standards. Executing frameworks for social compliance and human rights. Promoting harmonious relations between management and workers
