Verify and maintain salary-related TDS documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements.
Manage and monitor statutory compliances including
PF, ESIC, LWF, and CLRA
.
Handle compliance documentation, filings, and record-keeping as per regulatory timelines.
Support audits, inspections, and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
Liaise with internal teams and external consultants for smooth compliance processes.
Stay updated with changes in labor laws, taxation, and other statutory requirements.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Law, HR, or related field.
2-4 years of experience in compliance, payroll, or HR operations.
Strong knowledge of
PF, ESIC, CLRA, and TDS regulations
.
Attention to detail with good documentation and reporting skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS tools preferred.
