Whizamet Services Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented

Compliance Officer

to ensure that our carriers meet all necessary legal, regulatory, and safety standards. This role is crucial in verifying the legitimacy of carriers and ensuring safe and compliant operations within the logistics network.

Key Responsibilities:

Carrier Verification

: Confirm the legitimacy of carriers by verifying their MC/DOT numbers, insurance, and safety records.

Background Checks

: Conduct checks for any criminal cases or fraud history associated with the carriers.

Safety & Performance Monitoring

: Review carrier safety ratings and performance on load handling and delivery.

Compliance Audits

: Regularly audit carrier files to ensure all documentation is up to date and compliant with federal and state regulations.

Maintain Records

: Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all compliance-related activities, including insurance and permits.

Collaborate

: Work closely with the operations team, brokers, and dispatchers to ensure only qualified and compliant carriers are selected.

Skills & Qualifications:

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Good understanding of FMCSA, DOT regulations, and CSA scores Proficient in using compliance management tools and CRM software Ability to conduct thorough background checks and reviews
Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally

Schedule:

Evening shift Monday to Friday
