Compliance Lawyer

to join our growing team. This role is central to ensuring client satisfaction, addressing complaints, and upholding the highest professional and ethical standards in all client interactions

Key Responsibilities:

Address and resolve client complaints, disputes, and concerns in a timely, professional, and empathetic manner. Ensure compliance with Australian migration laws, MARA regulations, and internal policies. Draft, review, and implement internal compliance policies and procedures to safeguard client interests. Act as the primary point of contact for client grievances and provide clear, legally sound advice. Communicate effectively with clients, ensuring transparency, clarity, and professionalism in all interactions. Investigate and analyze issues, identify potential risks, and recommend proactive solutions. Maintain accurate documentation of all complaints, actions taken, and outcomes. Provide guidance to internal teams on compliance-related issues and client communication standards. Collaborate with management to improve service quality and prevent recurring concerns.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
