Responsibilities

Monitor and maintain compliance with Textile Exchange standards (e.g., GOTS, OCS, RCS, GRS). Prepare, review, and submit Transaction Certificates (TCs) accurately and in a timely manner. Maintain organized records of all TC applications and related documentation. Coordinate with production, supply chain, and external certification bodies to ensure traceability and transparency. While audit coordinate with External auditor to conduct a audit smoothly Investigate and resolve non-conformities related to TC processes. Stay updated on changes in compliance regulations and industry standards.
Qualifications

Any Bachelor's degree . 6 months - 2 years of experience in a compliance within the textile industry. Strong understanding of Textile Exchange standards and sustainability certifications. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel), and ERP systems is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under deadlines. Prior experience in Ecocert certification is added advantage
