We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Compliance Officer to support our compliance, risk, and audit functions. This role is ideal for candidates who want to build a strong career in banking compliance and regulatory operations.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in day-to-day compliance and regulatory activities
Support risk assessment and audit processes
Collect compliance data and prepare reports and documentation
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders
Maintain ongoing client communication via phone, email, and in-person interactions
Support implementation of compliance controls and procedures
Assist with MIS reporting and compliance tracking
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
Hard Skills
Basic knowledge of banking laws and regulations
Understanding of PCI/DSS compliance, NPCI, and UPI Switch
Familiarity with Compliance Management Systems and GRC platforms
Exposure to risk assessment and audit methodologies
Basic proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
Soft Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent verbal and written communication
Ability to explain compliance requirements clearly
Good organizational and coordination skills
