Job Title: Compliance Officer

Pay:

About Us

Santecare Fast Pvt Ltd is a subsidiary of an Australian business entity. We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Compliance Officer to join our Ahmedabad office. This onsite role involves ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements while working closely with our Australian operations team.

We are particularly interested in candidates from the Australian healthcare BPO industry (e.g., medical coders) or professionals from quality assurance, compliance, or risk management backgrounds in the BPO/KPO sector.

Key Responsibilities

Compliance Monitoring:

Ensure all company policies and procedures align with NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme) standards. Conduct regular audits of client and staff records to verify adherence to legal and operational requirements. Monitor changes in NDIS and Australian regulations and update internal policies as needed.
Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of compliance activities, audits, and incident resolutions. Prepare comprehensive compliance reports for internal review and external audits. Develop and revise compliance-related documentation, such as checklists and guidelines.
Training and Support:

Deliver compliance training sessions to staff to enhance awareness and adherence to NDIS standards. Act as the primary contact for compliance-related queries from both Indian and Australian teams.
Risk Management:

Identify and mitigate compliance risks proactively. Investigate and resolve compliance breaches promptly and effectively.
Team Collaboration:

Work closely with the Australian team to address compliance-related concerns. Support in resolving client issues related to regulatory standards.
Skills:

Strong understanding of compliance frameworks and risk management practices. Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and compliance management tools. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

4:00 AM - 1:00 PM (October - March) 5:00 AM - 2:00 PM (April - September) Saturday Working Hours: 7:30 AM - 11:30 AM
