Job Overview
We are seeking a full-time, on-site Medical Device Bilingual Customer Support Representative for our Ahmedabad office. This role involves delivering outstanding customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and communicating effectively with clients in multiple languages, including English and one of the following: Dutch, Japanese and Hebrew. Responsibilities include troubleshooting technical issues, responding to customer inquiries, and upholding high standards of customer service daily.
Requirements
Strong customer support and service skills
Excellent communication and customer satisfaction abilities
Proficient troubleshooting capabilities
Fluency in English and one of the following languages: Dutch and Hebrew - Outstanding written and verbal communication skills - Availability to work on-site in Ahmedabad
Previous experience in the medical device industry is a plus
A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred
