We are seeking a meticulous Documentation Officer to join our team. The Documentation Officer will be responsible for managing and organizing various documents, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and compliance with established procedures.

Responsibilities

Implement and maintain document management systems Oversee the creation, revision, distribution, and storage of documents Ensure all documentation meets quality standards and regulatory requirements Conduct proofreading and editing to maintain document integrity Assist in technical writing for documentation purposes Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently Manage records and files in a systematic manner

Qualifications

Proficiency in document management systems and administrative tasks Strong knowledge of records management principles Excellent proofreading skills with keen attention to detail Ability to perform technical writing for diverse audiences Competency in data entry and data management processes
