Key Responsibilities:
1. Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure adherence to
local, state, and national regulations

Manage filings and legal submissions as per statutory requirements.
2. Documentation Management:
Maintain accurate
compliance-related records
.
Organize and update
policies, SOPs, and legal documentation
.
3. Audit Support:
Assist in
internal and external audits
.
Provide required documentation and data during inspections.
4. Training & Awareness:
Conduct
compliance training sessions
for employees.
Keep teams updated on
regulatory changes
.
5. Risk Management:
Identify areas of
potential compliance risks
.
Propose
corrective and preventive measures
.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree
in Commerce, Law, or related fields.
2-4 years
of experience in
compliance or related roles
.
Strong knowledge of
MS Office applications
.
Excellent
organizational and communication skills
.
Ability to
handle confidential information with discretion
.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
