We currently have an opportunity for a
Compliance Monitoring Operator
based in Gurugram (Haryana). The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring CCTV systems for the UK parking services market.
As a
Compliance Monitoring Operator
, your responsibilities will include:
Managing surveillance of CCTV cameras on multiple display monitors.
Monitoring car parks using the CCTV interface (IP cameras) - 15 to 20 cameras per display monitor.
Recording and processing parking violations.
Monitoring both live and recorded video surveillance.
Working as part of the UK operations team.
Answering calls, taking details from the caller, and providing possible solutions or forwarding the call to the relevant department.
Maintaining accurate and detailed logs of all events that occur during each shift on the computer.
Maintaining records and filing systems as required to ensure smooth functioning of the section.
The ideal candidate working as a
Compliance Monitoring Operator
will display:
Must be fluent in the English language.
Must have a basic computer course diploma or basic knowledge of MS Office and the Internet.
Flexible approach to shift work and overtime requirements.
Experience in a similar role will be an added advantage.
The person must be flexible to work day and night shifts, including public holidays.
The person should be ready to work early morning shifts regardless of distance from the workplace.
Qualification: Graduate
Experience: Fresher to 6 months of experience in a relevant field.
Excellent English communication skills, including verbal and written.
