Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced

Pre-IPO & Compliance Specialist

to manage the complete process of taking a company public. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of

financial structuring, SEBI compliances, and listing regulations

, ensuring that all pre-IPO requirements are met seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle

end-to-end IPO readiness

process -- from financial restructuring to regulatory filings. Work closely with

merchant bankers, auditors, and legal teams

to coordinate IPO documentation. Ensure compliance with

SEBI (ICDR) Regulations, Companies Act, and Listing Requirements

. Supervise

due diligence, financial restatements, and corporate governance documentation

. Oversee

drafting of DRHP/RHP

, board resolutions, and other pre-listing approvals. Advise management on capital structure optimization and equity issuance. Manage

communication with stock exchanges, regulators, and stakeholders

. Maintain a checklist and timeline for IPO execution and compliance closure.

Skills & Attributes:

In-depth knowledge of

IPO process, SEBI regulations, and corporate governance

. Strong command over

financial reporting standards, secretarial compliance, and legal documentation

. Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills. Detail-oriented, process-driven, and able to work on tight deadlines.

Pay: ₹110,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
