We are looking for a Compliance Manager in Facility Industry

Experience: 5+ Yrs

Salary: UP TO 45K

Location: Sector 74A, Gurgaon

Key Responsibilities:

Policy Development & Implementation

: Create, modify, and implement company policies and procedures to ensure they align with federal, state, and local labor laws and industry standards.

Risk Management & Audits

: Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate compliance risks in HR processes, such as recruitment, compensation, and employee relations.

Training & Guidance

: Provide training and guidance to HR staff and management on compliance-related matters, ensuring everyone understands their responsibilities.

Incident Investigation

: Lead investigations into alleged violations of compliance policies or regulations, ensuring appropriate documentation and corrective actions are taken.

Legal & Regulatory Monitoring

: Stay informed about changing labor laws and regulations, interpreting them and updating company policies to ensure ongoing adherence.

Record Keeping & Reporting

: Maintain accurate records and prepare reports for senior management and regulatory bodies, demonstrating compliance efforts.

Employee Relations Support

: Advise HR and management on complex employee relations issues, ensuring that resolutions are fair, consistent, and legally compliant.

Cross-functional Collaboration

: Work with legal counsel, department managers, and other stakeholders to ensure a consistent approach to compliance across the organization

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
