Key Responsibilities

ID Verification, KYC and Trade Sanctions Compliance

Oversee identity verification processes and document authentication workflows Coordinate with third-party verification partners and payment processors Manage Know Your Customer (KYC) compliance and anti-money laundering (AML) requirements Work with Turing's People Ops team to establish worker eligibility criteria and oversee background check processes across different jurisdictions

Trust & Safety Operations

Develop and implement trust & safety policies to protect against risk, fraud, misinformation, and harmful content Manage platform community guidelines and develop policies for account suspension, deactivation, and appeals processes, working with cross-functional teams to manage escalations Handle escalations related to worker misconduct and platform abuse Monitor and manage privacy and data deletion requests in compliance with applicable privacy regulations Ensure system of record completeness and accuracy for compliance documentation and audit trails Serve as policy expert for product and legal departments on trust & safety issues Work with IT team to implement IP address monitoring and location verification systems Ensure compliance with geographic working restrictions and location-based requirements

Preferred Experience

Industry Experience:

Background in trust & safety, platform compliance, or security operations

Tech Company Background:

Experience working at technology companies or with automated compliance monitoring and AI/ML platforms
