to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring full compliance with FMCSA regulations, maintaining accurate driver logs, and supporting audit readiness.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and monitor
driver logs
to ensure accuracy and compliance
Oversee
IFTA filing, reporting, and fuel tax calculations
Handle
Hours of Service (HOS)
monitoring and compliance
Prepare for and assist in
FMCSA audits
, including audit clearing
Maintain accurate
data records and compliance documentation
Identify and correct log errors, violations, and discrepancies
Communicate with drivers and internal teams regarding compliance needs
Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in
log management, compliance, or transportation industry
Strong understanding of
FMCSA regulations
Experience with
ELD systems
(mention specific ones if needed)
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Strong communication skills
