Job Title:

Compliance & Letter Drafting Executive

Experience:

2+ Years (Government contract experience preferred)

Education:

Graduate in any discipline (Legal/Commerce/Management background preferred)

Responsibilities:



Draft and review official letters, replies, and emails for government authorities, clients, and stakeholders. Handle complaints and grievances by drafting professional responses in line with contractual obligations. Ensure compliance with NIT, SLA, and government contract terms while preparing communications. Maintain accurate records of complaints, replies, and follow-ups for audit and legal purposes. Track pending issues (e.g., BG release, dues settlement, authority responses) and coordinate with internal teams for updates. Prepare compliance reports and assist in documentation required. Ensure that all communication reflects professionalism, transparency, and adherence to regulatory requirements.

Must Have Experience:



Minimum

2 years of experience

in complaint handling, compliance, or contract/tender management. Strong drafting and communication skills in English (Hindi/Regional language is a plus). Proficiency in

MS Word & Excel

for drafting, formatting, and maintaining reports. Exposure to

government contracts, tenders, and regulatory procedures

will be

highly preferred

. Ability to handle sensitive matters with professionalism and accuracy.

Good to Have Experience:



Prior experience with airport/transport/construction/infra-related government contracts. Familiarity with legal documentation and contract law basics. Strong record-keeping and data management skills. Ability to coordinate across departments for compliance-related updates.
