Compliance Lawyer
with a strong background in litigation to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with migration laws, regulations, and professional standards.
Review and draft legal documents, contracts, and client declarations.
Provide legal guidance on complex visa cases and compliance-related matters.
Support the case management team with legal insights and risk assessments.
Liaise with regulatory bodies and represent the firm where required.
Handle internal compliance audits and recommend process improvements.
Assist in managing disputes or escalated client concerns with a litigation-oriented approach.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or higher; must be a registered lawyer.
Minimum
2-3 years of experience
, with proven expertise in
litigation
and compliance.
Prior experience in the
migration/immigration sector
(preferred but not mandatory).
Strong understanding of legal frameworks, contracts, and risk management.
Excellent research, drafting, and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of data privacy laws and regulatory reporting.
Familiarity with corporate investigations and enforcement actions.
