Role Introduction:
Owing to our substantial growth plans we are desirous of recruiting Professionals for our Executive Search Division, who will be responsible in auditing calls from the operators, in order to assess compliance with protocols and quality parameters.
As a Compliance Executive, you will...
Audit calls and highlight non-compliant calls
Audit employee activities and report unethical activities
Display results, statistics, and conclusions in a transparent and straightforward way
Establish high-quality standards and instructions for calls and emails
Adhere to the audit completion deadline
Perform checks to ensure that data have been entered correctly; report errors to authorized personnel
What we are looking for...
Should have good command over English language.
Good listening skills
Giving importance to every detail
Multitasking and being flexible in shift timings during audits/Urgent requests from Management
Basic knowledge of Excel
Any bachelor's degree
Experience in the relevant domain is desirable
Working Hours:
This role requires you to work 5 days a week from Mon to Fri for 9:15 hours a day.
