Candidates will get exposure to Securities Law.

- Assisting clients to make an application to get SEBI license.

- Assisting in ensuring that clients comply with the applicable regulations

- Researching, understanding and learning various regulations, circulars, guidelines, notifications issued by SEBI and applicable to the clients.

- Drafting of agreements, policies, compliance notes and other documents as per the regulations.

- Candidates who have completed Company Secretary (CS) Executive Level, CS Freshers can apply

- Law graduates and LLM freshers can apply.

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
