Vendors statutory compliance aduit-Documention preparation and handling the vendor audit.
ESI, PF and PT preparing challans
Ensure registration of Professional Tax , LWF & ESIC documents are given to Vendor
Maintaining a MIS of all the Licenses and challans
Preparing various annual return (Maternity, Bonus, Gratuity, Minimum Wage) and ensure its timely submissions.
Ensure collection and submission of all the various statutory forms (Form 11, Form 2, Form F, ESIC Declaration & Joint PF declaration) of new joinees.
Employees and Ex-employees coordination regarding their PF Transfers and withdrawals and exit date.
Guiding employees to check their PF passbook.
Sending ESIC Cards(TIC) to all employees and also as and when needed.
Esi PF and PT preparing challans
Preparing monthly MIS of addition and deletions of Mediclaim.
