Shops & Establishments Act, CLRA, Minimum Wages, Bonus, Gratuity, and other labor laws.Manage PF, ESIC, and Payroll compliances for employees and establishments.
Prepare, review, and file statutory returns, registers, and records within prescribed timelines.
Monitor vendor/contractor compliances and ensure documentation accuracy.
Support and represent during labour inspections, audits, and statutory assessments.
Stay updated with labour law amendments and ensure timely implementation.Provide problem-solving support for compliance and statutory issues.
Coordinate with statutory authorities for timely resolution of compliance matters
