We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
Compliance Executive
who will be responsible for maintaining statutory registers, preparing challans, and ensuring 100% adherence to labour laws and compliances. The role requires strong knowledge of manpower compliance frameworks and hands-on experience in statutory documentation, making it a critical position in supporting our operations across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities
Register & Documentation Management
Preparation and maintenance of statutory registers under applicable labour laws (e.g., Muster Roll, Wages Register, Accident Register, Leave Register, etc.).
Timely generation and filing of challans for PF, ESIC, LWF, and other statutory contributions.
Maintain compliance records and ensure documentation is audit-ready.
Labour Law Compliance
Ensure adherence to all applicable Central and State labour laws relevant to manpower outsourcing (Factories Act, Shops & Establishments Act, CLRA, etc.).
Regular updates and implementation of changes in statutory norms.
Liaise with Labour Departments/Inspectors for submissions, inspections, and queries.
Internal Compliance Support
Coordinate with HR, Accounts, and Operations teams to ensure all employee-related compliances are met.
Maintain compliance dashboards and MIS reports for management review.
Track deadlines and ensure no lapse in statutory filings.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in Commerce, Law, or related discipline (MBA/PG Diploma in HR/IR preferred).
2-4 years of experience
in compliance, payroll, or statutory documentation within a manpower outsourcing/HR services/logistics company.
Strong knowledge of PF, ESIC, Bonus Act, Gratuity Act, Minimum Wages, and other labour law provisions.
Proficiency in MS Excel and working with compliance software/portals.
Strong attention to detail, ability to handle multiple compliances, and meet strict deadlines.
Key Attributes
Diligent and disciplined approach to compliance management.
Ability to interpret laws and apply them to practical scenarios.
Good communication skills to coordinate with internal teams and external authorities.
High level of integrity and accountability.
