Compliance Executive
with 2-3 years of relevant experience who can take ownership of compliance processes and contribute to organizational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain compliance reports, audit findings, and tracker dashboards.
Handle PF & ESIC-related grievances and ensure timely resolution.
Support in conducting internal compliance audits and client due diligence reviews.
Resolve payroll discrepancies and address payroll-related queries.
Assist in ensuring adherence to labor laws and statutory requirements.
Preferred Skills
Strong communication (written & verbal) and documentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet strict deadlines.
High attention to detail with a proactive problem-solving approach.
Good coordination and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and internal teams.
Qualifications & Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
2-3 years of work experience in compliance, payroll, or related fields.
Knowledge of
labor compliances, PF, and ESIC
is essential.
Familiarity with compliance audit processes will be an added advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
