Coordinate with Sales, Assessment, and Compliance teams to ensure smooth operations.
Attend client calls, resolve queries, and ensure timely submission of audit reports.
Review assessor invoices, confirm payments, and support resource allocation.
Execute and follow up on B014/B021 processes for MDQMS audits.
Enter and organize audit reports in software and respective folders.
Validate reports and certificates, perform certificate checks for MDQMS cases.
Update Code Matrix, CR, CDR, Triennial Matrix, and MDQMS documentation (B027, B066, B063, B031).
Upload documents on the SUGAM portal for MDR requirements.
Amend procedures/formats based on new standards in coordination with MRO.
Prepare empanelment letters for auditors and technical experts after approvals.
Finalize certification scopes and support Notified Body documentation management.
Qualifications & Skills
Graduate/Postgraduate in Medical Sciences, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Life Sciences, or related fields, OR B.Tech in ECE/EEE/ME with 2-4 years of relevant experience (preferably medical device industry).
Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Strong communication, coordination, attention to detail, and time-management skills.
High confidentiality, integrity, and problem-solving ability.
Must have personal conveyance and willingness to travel when required.
