Key Responsibilities



Provide coordination support to Sales, Assessment, and Certification teams. Assist in TTA sessions, auditor coordination, monitoring activities, and enclave reviews. Conduct and support Pre-Certification Decision Reviews (PCDR). Manage documentation, folders, software entries, and audit report placement. Coordinate with Advisors and manage witness audits. Handle AB audits, internal audits, and routine FSMS, HACCP, and FSSAI-TPA processes. Attend client/IP calls and resolve queries through internal coordination. Verify auditor bills, confirm payments, and maintain routine trackers. Support problem-solving for food scheme-related issues.

Qualifications & Skills



Graduate in Life Sciences, Food Science/Technology, Organic Chemistry, B.Tech, B.Sc., BE, or related fields with 2-4 years of relevant experience. Strong understanding of accreditation standards and ISO systems. Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Excellent communication, coordination, and time management skills. High confidentiality, integrity, and problem-solving ability. Must have personal conveyance and be willing to travel for audit assignments as needed.
