Job Description

The Compliance Documentation Coordinator is responsible for managing, organising, and maintaining all compliance-related documents within the organisation. This role ensures accuracy, confidentiality, version control, timely updates, and adherence to regulatory and internal standards. The coordinator supports audits, prepares required documents, and ensures staff follow documentation procedures.

Excellent organisational and documentation skills Strong attention to detail Monitoring and Tracking Ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously Good communication (verbal and written) Strong time-management and prioritisation skills Problem-solving attitude Ability to work independently and under pressure Familiarity with compliance, auditing, or admin processes (preferred) Proficiency in MS Office, tracking systems, and documentation tools
