Position Name- Compliance and Statutory Coordinator



Department: Sharing resources among Legal and Admin Department

Experience-1-3 years

Qualification-MBA(HR) & Hospital management

Salary -up to 30000CTC

Location-Delhi

Reporting: TBD

A. Primary Responsibilities

1. Statutory Compliance Documentation of EmployeesBuild understanding of PF, ESIC, and Gratuity documentation.

Identify and understand documentation gaps between statutory requirements and employee-provided documents.

Design educational material/tutorials to help employees update their documents in HR and relevant portals.

Support employees in updating Aadhar, PAN, Driving License, and Voter ID.

Assist with Bank KYC processes and updating salary account nominees.Monitor that employee compliance-related updates are done within due dates.

Escalate delays or non-compliance to the reporting authority.

Coordinate with the compliance service provider for employee documentation issues.

Track implementation of agreed actions with compliance service provider and internal departments.

Create and circulate a monthly MIS on employee statutory documentation compliance.

2. Compliance Across the NetworkBuild a thorough understanding of the compliance software.

Monitor that all compliances are updated within the due dates.

Identify and understand issues faced by departments in updating the compliance software within the required timeframe.

Escalate compliance lapses to the reporting authority.

Coordinate with the compliance service provider to address issues.

Monitor the implementation of action points that emerge from meetings with the compliance service provider and concerned departments.

Secondary Responsibilities

1. Medico-Legal Complaints (Delhi Only)a.

Develop a clear understanding of the Medico-Legal Complaint process.

b. Attend to medico-legal cases reported in OPD/IPD and follow the defined process at the Delhi facility.

c. Coordinate the collection of patient records from MRD and obtain Medical Summaries from the patient care team/concerned specialties as required.

The candidate should be flexible to travel anywhere.


Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
