Key Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with all applicable
labor laws, factory acts, and environmental regulations
.
Maintain statutory records, registers, and returns as per legal requirements.
Conduct periodic
internal audits and inspections
for compliance readiness.
Coordinate with
government authorities
for inspections, renewals, and compliance certifications.
Handle
contract labor compliance
and vendor documentation verification.
Maintain updated knowledge of changes in labor laws and implement necessary actions.
Prepare and submit
MIS reports
related to compliance to management.
Support in handling
employee grievances
related to statutory benefits and legal compliance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Education:
Graduate (preferably in Law / HR / Compliance).
Minimum
3 years of experience
in
Factory Compliance / Statutory Compliance / IR functions
.
Good knowledge of
Factories Act, Contract Labor Act, Minimum Wages Act, PF, ESIC, and other labor laws
.
Strong
documentation and reporting skills
.
Proficient in
MS Office
(Excel, Word).
Ability to
liaise with government authorities
and handle audits.
