We are looking for an experienced Legal Associate to join our Compliance team. If you're passionate about real estate law, particularly RERA (Real Estate Regulatory Authority) compliance, this is a great opportunity to grow your career in a dynamic and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Drafting & Reviewing Legal Documents

: Assist in drafting, reviewing, and finalizing documents to ensure full compliance with RERA regulations.

RERA Compliance & Scrutiny

: Provide assistance in scrutinizing real estate projects and ensuring compliance with RERA guidelines. This includes maintaining up-to-date records and submissions for project registration, updates, and renewal processes.

Liaison with Clients & Authorities

: Act as a point of contact between clients, regulatory authorities, and internal teams. Coordinate with clients and authorities to ensure timely submissions and resolve any compliance-related queries.

Qualifications

: Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in law.

Skills

: Legal Compliance and regulatory knowledge, attention to detail, research & analytical skills.
