Job Description

We are hiring a Compliance Assistant for our UK-based agency, supporting an airline catering client. The role involves working in accordance with UK CAA (Civil Aviation Authority) regulations and coordinating with international teams.

Job Type: Full-time | Work From Home

Work Timings: UK Time Zone | 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Salary: ₹20,000 -?25,000 month (negotiable based on experience)

Key Responsibilities

Make calls to candidates to gather the necessary documents as part of the compliance process. Perform accurate data entry and maintain compliance-related records Ensure documentation aligns with CAA rules and aviation compliance standards Coordinate with the backend team based in Hyderabad, India Communicate with UK-based stakeholders during working hours Review, update, and validate compliance and operational data Maintain confidentiality, accuracy, and data integrity Assist during audits and compliance reviews when required
General Requirements

Fluency in English, Hindi, and Punjabi (written and spoken)

Availability to work strictly as per UK time zone (10:00 AM - 6:00 PM)

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry

Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Comfortable coordinating with cross-border teams

Prior experience in compliance, aviation, or regulated industries is an advantage
