We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Compliance Representative to ensure that our organization adheres to all legal, regulatory, and internal policy requirements. The role involves monitoring compliance activities, conducting audits, assisting with policy implementation, and serving as a point of contact for compliance-related matters.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and assess compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
Conduct periodic internal audits and risk assessments to identify potential compliance gaps.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of compliance activities.
Assist in the development and implementation of compliance policies, procedures, and training programs.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding compliance issues and escalate when necessary.
Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards to ensure organizational adherence.
Prepare compliance reports for management and regulatory bodies as required.
Support investigations of compliance violations and recommend corrective actions.
Coordinate with different departments to ensure compliance across business operations.
Promote a culture of integrity, accountability, and compliance within the organization.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, or related field (preferred).
Prior experience in compliance, audit, risk management, or related roles.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements relevant to the industry.
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Proficiency in MS Office and compliance management tools/software.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
