CTG is seeking to fill a Complex Project Manager - Hybrid Multicloud Platforms position for our client.
Location: Remote
Duration: 12 months
Duties:
Plan, track, and manage project delivery using the appropriate agile project management methodology, learning and iterating frequently.
Collaborate with Scrum Teams, Product Managers, Developers, and Business Analysts to ensure product roadmaps are developed and translated into actionable user stories.
Establish and lead a collaborative dynamic planning process, prioritizing work against team capacity and capability.
Establish mechanisms for monitoring and tracking the quality of all products and services delivered.
Document, track, and manage project risks and dependencies.
Foster positive and productive working relationships with clients and internal teams.
Skills:
Required:
Agile project management expertise, including Scrum Master experience.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
Ability to monitor and ensure quality of deliverables.
Risk and dependency management.
Capacity planning and team prioritization.
Nice to Have:
Align program activities with organizational goals and strategy.
Develop and implement program roadmaps and sustainable objectives.
Lead and support project teams, managing interdependencies.
Oversee budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
Identify and mitigate risks to ensure program success.
Communicate regularly with stakeholders and leadership.
Monitor progress and report on key milestones and outcomes.
Drive change initiatives and ensure successful adoption.
Experience:
Proven experience managing complex projects in hybrid multicloud environments.
Experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager leading cross-functional teams.
Demonstrated ability to deliver projects on time, within scope, and budget.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $50.00 to $120.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
