Job Description

This is a production team lead role; the TL must maintain personal productivity goals while overseeing the team's productivity. Use the client portal to document patients' information related to medical insurance, records, and bills. Categorize and input information as per client guidelines. Calculate bills, pricing, and ensure documentation is completed within the assigned timeline. Record and maintain information in spreadsheets. Send required information to patients/requesters in PDF format. Communicate clearly--both verbally and in writing--with patients to ensure thorough understanding. Meet assigned daily targets, ensure accuracy, and maintain full attendance. Report any escalations to the manager or client. Demonstrate proactive communication and problem-solving abilities. At least2yearsofexperienceleadingteamsof10+members with medical billing ,medical insurance ,medical insurance account receivable based data processing work.
