JOB TITLE: Compex Instructor


REPORTING TO: TRAINING CENTRE OPERATION MANAGER

ABOUT COMPANY: GSS Training is India's leading provider of Oil & Gas, Construction, and Industrial Skills Training.


ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 3 years experience as a Compex Instructor.


ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS: Elementary school and diploma passed, A valid Compex certificate


DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS: A recognised teaching and assessor qualification, and a first aid qualification.


JOB DESCRIPTION: The role of the Compex Instructor is to deliver an array of high-quality instruction and assessment that conforms to the Compex Scheme.


MAIN ROLE:

• Deliver training courses in accordance with the pre-determined syllabus for the course allocated, taking account of the requirements of all applicable legislation and the company’s HSEQ management system
• Supervision of delegates throughout theoretical and practical training sessions ensuring all exercises are conducted in a competent, safe and professional manner
• Liaise with fellow instructors/assessors to provide/ensure consistent delivery, ongoing support, learning and mentoring and engendering a strong team spirit and work ethic at all times
• Undertake a continuous review of revisions of legislation, ensuring that any amendments are brought to the attention of the Senior Management Team for incorporation within appropriate course syllabus material
• To assist with bookings, social media promotion and marketing of training
• Responsible for developing and maintaining working relationships with clients
• Responsible for providing a professional service and attitude towards clients
• Ability to mentor additional Instructors
• Other related duties, as required.

FINANCIAL PACKAGE: negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
