Job Description

We are looking for a competent quantity surveyor for commercial civil & interior, managing day-to-day operational aspects of projects & scope by effectively applying methodologies that enforce project standards along with construction costs.

Responsibilities

? Estimation of executed quantities, preparation of client bill, & ensuring timely certification.
? Preparation of material reconciliation against actual work done.
? Tracking of receivables against bill submission
? Preparation of quantity variation, identifying non-tender items, and taking approval from client for easy cash flow
? Preparation of Tax Invoice to Client with taxation part as per contracts terms and conditions
? Preparation of Bill of Quantities (BOQ) of the entire project
? Preparation of Excess & Less statement for client submission
? Preparation of basic rate difference
? Preparation of work done on the project monthly & tracking daily achievement of project
? Monitor resources (labor & material) engaged on a day-to-day basis for efficient productivity & less wastage.
? Value add-on if the individual is aware of rate analysis.
? Hands-on experience with Cost X preferred.

Qualifications

3-8 years of relevant experience as a quantity surveyor in Interior Joinery Fit-Out Projects

Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent and Diploma/degree in quantity surveying or equivalent. AutoCAD & COST X quantity take-off experience Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) Multi-tasking, self-motivated, energetic team player with a flexible and adaptable approach to work; Work well under pressure Good command of written and spoken English
