Job Duties: TheCompensation Supervisorwillbeapart of People Operations, a global shared service of Bechtel HR.This rolewillbe responsible for providing operational support to the compensation team through data analysis and execution of compensation programs in thecountries/functions/projects assigned according tothe organizational needsof the companyandasadvisedby theEurope and AIMETotal RewardsManager. Detailed responsibilities include (butarenot limited to): Supervising compensation team responsible for EAMS regions providing guidance to the team members and developing them. Identifying and participating incompensation benchmarkingsurveys, interacting with the partneringconsulting organizations,providing recommendations for maintaining Bechtel\'s competitive positioning Partneringwith the Talent Acquisition team/business partners/hiring managersto review / recommend salaries for offersas needed Executingannual total compensation planning which includes (butisnot limited to):system configurationsand testing,providing day to day support toplanning managers on the tools and guidelines,assisting planning managers with completing actions,partnering withHR business partnersin finalizing plans Researching, assembling and evaluating information or data regarding industrybestpractices or legislative changes pertaining tocompensationprograms Ensuringinternal equity, external competitiveness, and compliance with applicable laws, regulations and organizational policies Advisingmanagement on the application / intentof compensationpolicies and procedures,providingguidance or suggestions on resolving complex problems Evaluating processes and recommending solutions to build efficiencies in day-to-day work activities. Analysing employee data & information and maintaining working files according to required confidentiality / privacy standards and best practices Basic Qualifications: MBA in Human Resources or related field with a minimum of 8 years of related HR experience with demonstrated increasing responsibility over time OR 12 years of overall related experience in lieu of degree. Experienced in managing and leading a team Experienced in working closely with international teams. PreferredQualifications: Demonstrated knowledge of and prior experience working with HRIS systems, specifically SAP and SuccessFactors Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, etc.) Data analytics skills Experienced in training and presenting to large groups Possess service mindset and ability to build strong relationships Ability to exercise initiative and make decisions with little or no supervision and be accountable for such actions Ability to work in a high-volume transaction environment Proactive, flexible, and adaptive to changing priorities Strong understanding of continuous improvement and measurement processes Effective communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills Bechtel India is a global operation that supports execution of projects and services around the world.
