Associate Rewards Analyst - Contractual
Supports the design, implementation, and administration of global compensation programs, including but not limited to base pay administration, long and short term incentive plans, sales incentive plans, job structure framework, salary ranges, compensation benchmarking and analysis relating to pay equity. This role involves analyzing market data, evaluating job roles, and ensuring internal equity and external competitiveness. The analyst will also support annual compensation cycles, incentive programs, and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
