Role Overview:
Looking for a
high-potential C&B professional
with strong fundamentals in compensation design and execution. The candidate should be hands-on, data-driven, and capable of owning compensation processes in a fast-growing organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and manage compensation structures (fixed, variable, incentives)
Own annual compensation review cycles and revisions
Conduct salary benchmarking and market surveys
Support offer structuring and pay parity analysis
Partner with HRBPs and business leaders on compensation decisions
Work on rewards policies, grade structures, and pay bands
Use data and analytics to drive compensation insights
Ideal Profile:
Strong exposure to
end-to-end compensation cycles
Excellent
Excel / data analysis
skills
Experience working with compensation surveys/tools (Mercer, Aon, Radford, Willis Towers Watson)
Ability to work with senior stakeholders and HR leadership
* Experience in product / tech / high-growth organizations is a plus
