12+ years of experience in Oracle HRMS Solutions with 8+ Years in Oracle HCM modules especially- Compensation Modules
Should have worked & designed solutions in Compensation Module
Knowledge/work experience in European Compensation Model would be added advantage
Hands-on working experience in Oracle Compensation, Core HR Modules
Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
Knowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecycle
Should be able to device Strategies like integration strategy
Experience with Lean / Agile development methodologies
Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
