Communicate compensation and benefits policies to employees and provide support for related inquiries.
Prepare and present reports on compensation and benefits metrics to senior management.
Manage relationships with external vendors and negotiate benefit contracts.
Prepare compensation and benefits budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Analyze employee satisfaction regarding pay and benefits and implement best practices to improve engagement and retention.
